Contact Address Tab

The Contact Address Tab can be viewed by opening a contact, then selecting the 'Address Tab' from the tab menu in the top right corner. Or in the contact list view select the actions menu and choose the address tab option.

What is the Contact Address tab?

The contact address tab lists both the postal and street addresses for the contact. The Postal Address is commonly used as the Invoicing or Billing address. The Street address is used for couriers, and can be used to obtain the address for site visits.

Why use the Contact Address tab?

View the Postal Address for the Contact that the Invoices are mailed to, or view the Street Address of the Contact on a map when you are going to visit the Contacts office.

Actions available

View the contact address on a map

Click the 'On map' button shown underneath the address and the address will be displayed in Google Maps. Click here to learn more about the Synergy 'On map' feature.

Fields available

The fields on the Contacts Address tab are

1. Postal Address - This is the address used for mailing invoices and project documents.

   3. City
   4. State
   5. Post code
   6. Country
2. Street address - This is the address used for delivering items by courier, or when completing a site visit.

   6. Country
