Support Options

Search the Help Files

Click the button in the top toolbar to open the help files, and use the 'Search' box to look up a keyword in the help files. Or look up a topic in the table of contents. To do this click the 'Full Page' button in the help files toolbar, to open the help into Full Page view. The table of contents will be shown on the left side of the screen. Contact Support

Use the following support options if you require assistance with using Synergy.

Log a helpdesk call using the 'Synergy helpdesk'

1. Click here to go to the Total Synergy helpdesk - http://synergycloudapp.com/help/supportcalls
2. A login screen for Synergy Cloud Services will be shown.
3. Login using a Microsoft (Windows Live ID), Google, or Yahoo! account that is linked to your Synergy business email address.
4. Helpdesk Calls List will open directly, if the above link is used. Or click the expanding menu button in the top right of the toolbar, and select 'Support' to open the helpdesk.

Remote Support

If you need assistance with Synergy we can connect to view your PC,  using a product called LogMeIn Rescue.

When this is required the Support staff at Total Synergy will ask you to visit logmein123.com and provide you with a code to enter.
