Unable to change rates

Problem

Save buttons are greyed out when trying to change the charge out rates.

Reason for problem

The rate is attached to a draft invoice.

Solution

Run an Invoice report with the filter Invoice Number IS DRAFT. Go to the project and remove the DRAFT Invoice .
