Synergy document creation not working for MS Word® 2010 on 64 bit PC's

Problem

When generating a MS Word® document from Synergy the error "Command Failed" is shown. MS Word® 2010 version is installed on the 64 bit PC.  

Solution

If you get a "Command Failed” error when generating a MS Word® document from Synergy, there is a Microsoft Hotfix available to address the issue.

Simply go to: http://support.microsoft.com/hotfix/KBHotfix.aspx?kbnum=2553912&kbln=en-us and install this fix from Microsoft on the PC's affected.
