Problem
After opening Project List it was noticed that not all the expected Projects are shown. The multi office Synergy feature is enabled, as more than one office location exists for your company. The user that has reported the missing projects will often work on tasks for multiple office location.
Solution
This situation can occur if multi office security is enabled. Multi Office feature includes additional user security, which stops users from Office A from viewing the projects from Office B. The security is configured against the user login account access level.
Step 1: Check if Multi Office security is enabled.
Step 2: Allow selected users to view projects for multiple offices
The user will now be able to view all projects created for the selected office location. The user will need to close, and re-open Synergy to see the changes to Project List.
