Transaction is unavailable for Invoicing
Solution
1
- Open the timesheet screen.
- Make sure the transaction has been Completed.

- Login as System Administrator.
- Go to My Synergy | Approvals.
- Select All Staff from the screen filter.
- Double click the person in question.
- Approve all transactions.
Solution 3
- Open the project.
- Select the Invoices tab.
- Create Invoice. Save the Draft
only.
- Cancel the Draft invoice. This
will refresh any transactions that may have been held in Draft.
