Transaction is unavailable for Invoicing

Solution 1

  1. Open the timesheet screen.
  2. Make sure the transaction has been Completed.

Solution 2

  1. Login as System Administrator.
  2. Go to My Synergy | Approvals.
  3. Select All Staff from the screen filter.
  4. Double click the person in question.
  5. Approve all transactions.

Solution 3

  1. Open the project.
  2. Select the Invoices tab.
  3. Create Invoice. Save the Draft only. 
  4. Cancel the Draft invoice. This will refresh any transactions that may have been held in Draft.
