View who's logged into the system and notify them to log out - or remove them.

Who Can Use It? Where Is It?

System Administrator

File > Database > Logged in users

Tips

  1. This can be done also via the Database menu.
  2. At the bottom of the screen the number of users logged in compared to the number of licensed users can be seen.

Notify users

  1. Highlight a user in the list.
  2. Select the notify user button .
  3. A check box will be added to the Notified box.
  4. The user will receive a message every 10 secs or so to finish all work and close the application.

Remove users

  1. Highlight a user in the list.
  2. Select the remove user button .
  3. The user will be removed from the logged users list.
  4. The user will receive a message they've been removed from the system.
    there won't be an opportunity for the user to save their work
