Currency rates

Currency rates can be created if you invoice in a currency other than the local currency. All figures including fees on the project and on reports will be reported in the local currency. The currency is implemented during the Invoice process only and is displayed on the MS Word® document.

Tips:

Creating currency rates

  1. Click into the white area under the country ID column heading.
  2. Type a description for the discipline.
  3. Save.

ClosedCurrency symbol not in the list?

If you require a symbol that doesn't exist in the Symbol list:

  1. Go to MS Word® and then insert symbol.  
  2. Using the (Normal Text) browse and locate a currency symbol.
  3. Insert into the MS Word® document.  
  4. Highlight and copy (CTLR+C) then paste (CTRL+V) in the Symbol list.
