Using timesheet notes for billing

As your staff enter timesheets, they will provide notes to detail the tasks they've been working on. These notes can be used in reports and also on invoices that are issued to the client. 

Changing the timesheet note

The timesheet note can be edited during the creation of the invoice before the Final invoice is created.

  1. Double click the Sub project while in the invoice wizard.
  2. Double click the Timesheet Note .

Tip: This will change the original timesheet note entry made by the staff member.

Show the timesheet note on the invoice

The note can only be presented on an invoice when the Sub Project fee type is Hourly Cost/Rate.
