Synergy Cloud Services give Synergy clients the opportunity to store and protect their Synergy data in the cloud so they can access it quickly through any online web browser – at meetings, on site or at home. Data is automatically synchronised between the cloud and the Synergy database in real-time.
The range of Synergy Cloud Services will grow and change over time. They currently include:
Store a complete copy of your Synergy database in a secure location in the Cloud. New features have been introduced to Synergy which will utilise the bi-directional data flow between the on premise database and the cloud database.
Synergy Cloud Services gives you the freedom to access key Synergy data through ANY computer, smart phone or tablet – work, home or on the go – at a time that suits you.
The setup process will vary dependant on what area of Synergy Cloud Services you want to gain access to.
Access to Accounts and Support does not require any configuration or sign-up. These areas of Synergy Cloud Services are provided by default to all Total Synergy clients. As a new company using Synergy Cloud Services the access to accounts and support is granted to the two users setup as Account Managers. The account managers are normally the staff members from your company that are listed on the Synergy license documents. The account managers can add additional staff members to be granted access to the Support area, so that they can log a request for assistance on the helpdesk.

Synergy enterprise clients can request to sign-up to use disaster recovery and the web and mobile applications. The setup process for these areas of Synergy Cloud Services is:
