Download a document template

Browse the online document library of document template samples. Get started with a new template type quickly by editing a sample template instead of creating a new template from scratch.

Tips:

  1. Templates are stored in the Synergy\Templates folder on the file server.
  2. Copy an existing template to practice modifying a template without impacting a commonly used item.

Browse the online library

  1. Click the download button .
  2. The online template library appears. The list of templates are sorted by 'type'. Scroll down to the template type that you want to find a sample template file.
  3. Check the box(es) next to the template(s) you want to download.
  4. (Optional) Over-type the name or description of the template before downloading the template file by clicking into the field.
  5. Click the Download button.
  6. The template(s) will appear in your list of document templates.

Tip: When a document template of the same name is downloaded from the document library, a (2) etc will be added to the end of the template name. The template name can be changed after the file is downloaded.
